RODEX GROUP is ranked among the top three leading developers of the suburban property, holding its leading positions by the volumes of housing erected at the market of the Moscow Region holiday community construction. RODEX GROUP operates in community construction in different price categories, such as “economy”, “business”, “premium” and implementation of large-scale projects of “mega” category.

RODEX GROUP was one of the first who began implementation of “Mozhayskaya Volna" mega project. The basic idea is an integrated system of communities connected by the uniform infrastructural complex. As of today, about 500 hectares have been developed by the company on the coast of Mozhaysky water reservoir, and 3 out of 6 estimated communities have been already built. They are positioned in different price niches. As a result, we provide the customers an opportunity of purchasing a quality housing while the cost of one square meter is three times lower than in metropolis, providing the infrastructure, communications and house land plots.
Club system of object allows the inhabitants of any RODEX GROUP community freely use the whole infrastructure. The communities are located in picturesque and ecologically clean areas and completely provided with any required infrastructure.
For the construction of objects, the company applies modern building technologies and innovative construction materials. The quality of objects completed by RODEX GROUP complies with determined state standards and SNiP. The communities are subject to regular expert evaluations of the construction quality carried out by the Central Administration of State Architectural and Construction Surveillance of the Moscow Region.

“Serebryany Bor” cottage community is located at the Moscow River bend surrounded with the forest range. Serebryany Bor (Silver Forest) is a natural monument of the regional significance. In 1995 the Moscow government made a special decree of complex development of a unique natural complex within the area of Serebryany Bor, especially picturesque, variable in landscapes and rich in flora and fauna.  
The project passed environmental impact assessment. The houses harmoniously fit into preserved natural picturesque landscape. Construction had no harmful effect on preserved area of Serebryany Bor, a unique natural complex for Moscow, because the houses were erected on foundations of previous constructions in compliance with architectural and building regulations.

“Vienna House at Pluschikha” is a kind of a mini-city consisting of two residential blocks for 90 apartments. The infrastructure is a fenced yard with paved pathways and a fountain, security and video surveillance.
“Dvoryanskoe gnezdo” is a residential complex of DeLuxe category for 25 apartments. In the year 2005 the complex was nominated for "Residential buildings and luxury complexes”.
In Pokrovskoe-Streschnevo a residential complex of “Pokrovskoe-Glebovo” was built, with the total area of 65 thousand sq. m. The complex was developed by analogy with the noble country manor of the late 18th  –early 19th century. It contains 4 major buildings and 40 townhouses.

There are 31 households in “Blagoveschenka”, by several principal project designs. Some of the houses were customized, while preserving the integrity of the community architectural style. Next to the community there are reserved Lermontov’s places, Stolypin’s manor, famous holiday area of Firsanivka and a reserved relic pine-forest. “Blagoveschenka” cottage community development complies with aesthetic and practical requirements of the modern people. In the framework “Checked Building” project, the community was subjected to expert inspection. Building Life magazine estimated “Slavenka” community by 46 points which corresponds to the highest “Five star” category.

The streamlet running through the territory of the cottage community will be cleared up, improved and ornamentally designed with stone and plants. A promenade area will be arranged along the streamlet, probably with cycle tracks.
Access group will be arranged as a false mill with VIP area, administration block, security service and sales office located inside. A mini-market, a café with terrace and a gym will be located at the second entrance. An option to build a mini bakery and a mini brewery is also being considered.

2007 construction of "Storozhevaya gora" holiday community began in Saint-Petersburg. The area of the plot of land under development is 50 hectares, 250 houses.

“Storozhevaya Gora” community is located 12 km far from Saint-Petersburg and has a convenient transport access to the city.
The complex architectural style combines traditions of  Petrov’s Petersburg and the flavour and the chamber style of neat houses of Switzerland and Austria. The community infrastructure provides for the children’s art center and a multi-purpose shopping center as well as the recreational areas. The community will organically fit into the local environment: the forest ranges and water-bodies on its suburbs will be preserved.

The territory of the “Dolgorukovo” community is one of the former country estates of the Dolgorukie family. In 18th century all land under the community was purchased by Vasiliy Mikhaylovich Dolgorukiy, future conqueror of Crimea (later called Dolgorukiy-Krymskiy). It is no coincidence that this location was picked out by Dolgorukie for their villa: a part of the former villa is located deep in the conifer forest and the silence and peace of this place will not be broken neither by the neighboring major roadways traffic nor by the meadow winds.
The architectural ensemble of the future community will consist of new villa-type houses specifically designed by the RODEX GROUP Architect Bureau for the permanent residence communities.
